Complaints and returns
Should the product (s) you receive for any reason not meet your expectations, we
offer the possibility of refunding in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines. The costs of delivery and shipping of the returned goods are responsibility of the Buyer. Sale items cannot be returned.
Product Return Instructions
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after the receipt of the shipment, with the recipient of the purchased product, product information, date of purchase and delivery and request product return.
3. After you have received a consent for a refund from the company Minute dvije Ltd. submit the original invoice, pack the product in the original package and send the package to:

4. The Product is your responsibility until it reaches us. In order to protect your interests we advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Domain owners reserve the right to content (textual and visual material, database, and developer code). Unauthorized use of the f materials is considered to be a violation of copyright and is subject to legal proceedings.
